Spring Services
Full Motor Activation
*Check all fluid levels (power steering, power trim, transmission and motor oils) and add if needed
*Install fresh water system drain plugs and hoses
*Install batteries, clean and connect terminals, check water levels and charge
*Install drain plugs
*Secure boat in slip and hook up shore power (if applicable)
*Run and adjust engine(s) - inboard and I/O's:
*Run engine to clear fogging oil; check all hoses and plugs for leaks; check for proper engine
idle; check throttle and shift linkage; check belt tension; check steering system; check prop
shaft and rudder packings; check mufflers for leakage; check spark plug wires.
*Also included for I/O's:
*Check lower unit oil level; check bellows and water hose for dry rot; check gimbal ring
Basic Motor Activation
*Connect and charge battery; clean terminals
*Install drain plug, fresh water plugs and hoses
*Run engine to clear fogging oil; secure boat in slip (if applicable)
Fresh Water System Activation
*Activate water system; flush out anti-freeze; fill water tank; clean or replace filter (filter extra, if needed)
Fresh Water Systems with Hot Water Activation
*Same as above, plus hook up lines to hot water heater
Ice Maker Activation
*Hook Up
Head System Activation - Porta-Potties
*Fill with water and add chemicals
Head System with Holding Tank Activation
*Flush out anti-freeze, pump out holding tank; add chemicals; activate head system; check for leaks; clean head
Air Conditioning System Activation
*Activate air conditioning unit; prime water pump; flush out anti-freeze; check for proper operation
Generator Activation
*Connect and charge battery; clean terminals; check oil; check anti-freeze solution; run and clear out fogging oil; check hoses and plugs for leaks
Propeller Installation or Removal

Class A Engine Tune-Up
*Replace spark plugs; points; condensor; rotor; distributor cap and wires if needed

Carburetor Rebuild Service

*Recommended every 50 hours!
*Change oil with high quality premium blend oil; replace oil filter; change water-fuel separator filter.
Inboard Transmission Service
*Change transmission fluid; check & adjust shift linkage; check & tighten coupler bolts
Inboard Engine Alignment Service
*Recommended every 100 hours!
*Align engine coupler to shaft
Packing Service
*Inboard and V-Drive (replace packing)
Ask for a quote to install dripless packing!
Stern Drive U-Joint and 10 Point Check
*Remove outdrive, check and grease u-joints and splines; grease all external fittings; check engine alignment; inspect bellows & water tube for dry rot; pressure check gear case; check prop shaft for damage; check trim limit & gauge senders for proper operation; change oil in drive; check gimbal ring & bearing; replace gasket and reinstall drive.
Engine Water Pump Service
*Remove lower unit; remove water pump and inspect parts; install water pump kit; lubricate splines & install lower unit
